Katharine Butler
is an entrepreneur and art historian. From 1992 she founded and ran several companies in Central Europe.
She has an MA in History of Art from Edinburgh University and is author of Leaping the Dragon Gate: The Sir Michael Butler Collection of Seventeenth-Century Chinese Porcelain. She has published articles in many Asian art journals
and has lectured widely.
